Each airport has its own custom-designed sample plan
All questionnaires filled in for ASQ are thoroughly checked for inconsistencies and compliance with the sample plan. After checking, the following reports and analysis are prepared and sent to the participants:
Management Summary
The summary is an interactive file allowing airports to create customized overviews of ASQ results for selected airports. The management summary is available 3 weeks after the end of each survey period giving quick access to ASQ results.
Core Report
The report includes graphs and tables covering all service items and demographics for all participating airports.
Raw data in SPSS/database formats
This is the full set of raw data in SPSS format which includes the data of all participating airports. To read this file you will need to purchase SPSS (or another statistical software package). Using SPSS, you can recreate tables to suit your precise needs.
